My daily routine…

Fertility Booster Edition

I would like to start this post off by saying I am not a Dr. and all vitamins and supplements I am taking are based off of my own research.

I am currently take four new vitamins & supplements at the moments a Prenatal, Fertility booster, Maca and B12.

Now let’s jump on in and I’ll explain to you why I am taking these four vitamins and Supplements at this time.

Prenatal (Spring Valley) Multivitamin/Multimineral with Folic Acid

  • It is advised to take a prenatal before, during and after your pregnancy as they are formulated to supply nutrients that support overall wellness through these stages. I choose the Spring Valley Multivitamin/Multmineral with Folic Acid as it was the first prenatal I found that didn’t make me feel nauseous or taste absolutely disgusting. It also provided several other minerals and vitamins that can help with an every day healthy lifestyle.

Upspring Fertility+

For women with unexplained infertility or fertility issues it is suggested to take a fertility booster to help better the quality of your egg and help your body prepare for upcoming ovulation and pregnancy.

Maca 500mg (Spring Valley)

  • Maca powder has multiple benefits, one of them being that it can help balance your hormones. Another great benefit from Maca is that it has been reported to help reduce anxiety and symptoms of depression.

B12 500mcg (Spring Valley)

  • I take B12 not primarily for fertility, as to it is essential for healthy energy metabolism and also helps support our cardiovascular and nervous systems.

Each vitamin I take has their own very crucial benefits into allowing my self to have a healthy body, and allowing ourselves to have a healthy body helps boost our chances in every way of having a healthy pregnancy.

Now for some these vitamins and supplements my not help and I advise those who are considering taking these to consult with their Dr and/or physician before applying them to their daily routine.
